2. Warranty coverage
- All products purchased from Shade-flair come with a 90-day limited warranty .
- The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects or defects in workmanship.
- If a product becomes defective under normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product, or provide a refund at no additional cost.
3. What is not covered by the warranty
- Damage caused by misuse, accident or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products used outside their intended purpose.
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or third parties.
4. How do you submit a warranty claim?
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@shade-flair.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the problem.
- Evidence: Photos or videos may be requested to verify the defect.
- Returns: If necessary, you will receive shipping instructions from our support team.
- Processing: After inspection, we will repair or replace the product, or offer a refund according to the warranty terms.
5. Warranty period
- The warranty period starts on the date of delivery.
- Replacement items are covered by the remaining period of the original warranty.
6. Legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under European and Dutch consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
